If you want to use Homeseller, you really need to understand that this is a no frills agency, they help you get the job done well so you don't need to worry. You will save more than 50% but you won't get the usual "service" where agent will follow you for all the visits and appointments. Many thanks to James Yeo and his team, although our Tampines Central home listed for almost 3 months (over xmas and cny period) and almost 30+ viewings, they did not advised us to lower our price because they believed that our pricing is still competitive enough. And indeed, they managed to get us a good price for our flat.

During the selling process, there were actually many agents (cold call/door step) will talk bad about Homeseller, saying negative things about them and keep asking me to switch because they're able to get a higher price, sure can sell fast, better service etc etc. But we stick to Homeseller mainly because of the commission savings we will get and also the confidence we have in Homeseller's team.

Of course there're things Homeseller can improve on, there's times where we feel there's "potential" after a viewing, so the follow up can be better, perhaps help to push the buyer more for us.

Recently we sold our HDB using their service. I do not find their service much different from other agents charging 1-2% except they are not presence during the house viewing, but they also provided all other services such as posting on major property web, visiting my flat and taking photo, helping both seller and buyer in the whole selling process. Actually I find their response are very fast as they have a team of staffs to answer in their WhatsApp group. They helped us to saved a lot of money. James Yeo and their team are very professional. Highly recommend them to most sellers unless your unit is very difficult to sell type.
