I had a very smooth and positive experience with Homeseller, from selling my current house to buying my new home. They handled almost everything for me — photo-taking, advertisements, paperwork, administrative matters, understanding our needs, financial calculations, and most importantly, the price negotiations for both my sale and purchase. Honestly, their service is not very different from a traditional property agent, except that they are not physically present during house viewings or at HDB Hub. To me, that was totally fine because they were always just one text away. What I needed is to get the house adverised on all platforms, and which is part of the package. Even though they were not physically beside me, I definitely felt that they were guiding me through every step of the process. I did not feel lost at any point. In fact, when you think about it, this model is more efficient for everyone. You still get your house sold, you still get support in buying your next home, and you still receive proper guidance throughout the whole process — but at a fixed fee. With property transaction prices getting higher, this can translate into significant savings. Overall, I am very happy with their service and would recommend Homeseller to anyone who is comfortable with a more modern and efficient way of selling and buying property. I’m so glad to have found Homeseller. I came across them via Google, and they quickly set up a group chat with James and my family members to keep everyone updated throughout the process. At that point, my flat was filled with boxes as we were preparing to move out, and it wasn’t presented in the best condition. I initially thought of placing everything in storage to stage the unit nicely. However, James advised me not to—he confidently said to proceed with photos and videos as it was, and that the right buyer would still come along. That assurance really stood out. True enough, James managed to help us sell our flat in just 12 days. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Beyond the quick sale, we also saved significantly on agent fees. A traditional agent—like the one we previously engaged from ERA—would have charged around 2% commission, which came up to about $12,000.
